The fillet sits beneath the ribs, next to the backbone. It has been skilfully carved out of the loin, which is the least worked muscle in the cow. This cut is, therefore, of optimum tenderness. Our Fillet comes whole so you can cut steaks as thick or as thin as you want them. Our fillets are from Bristish farms not cheaper imported ones and come to you fresh so they can be frozen and used for your special occasions.
